The Association

The Kentucky Council on Crime and Delinquency, Inc. is a non-profit organization, which annually brings together professionals in criminal justice agencies from throughout the state.  KCCD has been in existence since 1959. KCCD will be celebrating its 52nd annual conference.  The organization represents the interest of various correctional agencies from the State, Local and private sector.  This includes community as well as institutional services for the juvenile and adult offender.  Each year the association holds this training conference for the exchange of ideas and the networking of professionals and issues.

Exhibit Cost, Payment and Deadline 

The exhibit cost is $400 per exhibit booth area.  The payment for the exhibit space cost should be paid with the registration. Participants are asked to register by July 15, 2011. Presentation of Services or Products

The purpose of the exhibit program is to further the education of the registrants by providing an area for exhibitors to present information on products or services relevant to the registrants professional interest. Exhibit opens Wednesday morning 8:00 am. A vendor infomercial session is planned for Wednesday, September 07, 2011, just prior to the Department of Correction Awards Luncheon. Set up is Tuesday September 06, 2011 pm, with breakdown on Thursday afternoon, September 08, 2011.

Exhibitor Promotion and Door Prizes

Exhibitors are encouraged to provide door prizes, but must comply with all local, state, and national laws.  A drawing will be held by KCCD, in conjunction with the appropriate exhibitor.  Drawings are suggested to take place during the infomercial session.  Exhibitors are welcome to enter the Golf Tournament or Pistol Match to be held Tuesday, September 6th, 2011. 

Registration and Housing 

Each exhibiting company up to two complimentary registration packages.  There is no additional charge for other vendors of the same company; however, participation in other functions may require tickets for non-registered attendees.  Tickets may be purchased at the registration desk.  A number of sleeping rooms have been reserved at a conference rate of $119 plus taxes.  Contact: https://resweb.passkey.com/go/KCCD prior to 8/01/2011 or call: (800) 266-9432 and advise KCCD.

Exhibit Space/Services 

Exhibits at this meeting will be conveniently located to the meeting space.  The exhibits will be table style.  Each exhibit will be provided with one 6’ skirted table and two side chairs.  This site will also be utilized for the 2012 Southern States Correctional Association joint conference July 14^th-18th, 2012.
