KCCD sponsors a Catastrophic Fund to help ease the financial burden such an occurrence places on a member and their family.

A member shall request for assistance from the Catastrophic Fund by contacting a local chapter President or an elected officer to the Executive Board.  The potential recipient must be a current KCCD member.

This fund is made possible by the generous donations and contributions of the Silent Auction at the Annual Training Conference.  This fund is also supported by an award of $2,000 per year from the Executive Board’s general funds.
